Up to 10 Percent of Your Inventory
Is a Candidate for a VMI Solution

As a rule of thumb, 50 percent of your total items, accounting for five percent to 10 percent of your inventory cost could be candidates for a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) replenishment solution. In fact, the majority of the components and supplies that we manage for our customers are replenished through the iPower VMI solution.

The difference between our solutions and others is that we focus solely on production parts and operating supplies at Point of Use. We just don't build Point of Use solutions we build confidence through part integrity and system dependability and adaptability

Point of Use

Last year iPower New England managed over 25,000 bins at Point of Use, replenishing more than 24 million components, the vast majority of which were incorporated into mission critical assemblies and subassemblies for OEM's.

At iPower New England, our supply chain advantage comes from the breadth and depth of our Tier-1 component offering. Our solutions and systems are integrated with six industrial distributors that are leaders in their field.

Unified VMI Solution

Why build multiple single commodity VMI solution on your production floor when you can have one unified VMI solution covering all the items you need replenished at Point of Use?
Here is a small sample of the commodities we replenish at point of use:

  • Electronic/Electrical Components
  • Bearings and Power Transmission
  • Cable Assemblies
  • Pipe, Valves, or Fittings
  • Fluid Connectors and Seals
  • Fasteners
  • Fluid Power Systems
  • Industrial Supplies
  • Hydraulic and Pneumatic Components
  • Safety and Clean room supplies
  • Motion Control
  • Corrugated, Packaging, and Crating
